*sigh* Tell me about it... how can they expect a 190D9 to land to a tiny strip on metal, like in the Norway mission?? I went waaaaay out to the sea on that one.

Glad you're all sorted now. Like Xab said, you're more than welcome to join us to our private server everytime we fly. We'll teach you the basics, more faster that way than to read tons of manuals and threads scattered all over the internet.

Like Said above, if you need practice a bit in flying you're always welcome.
we Either host a IL2 1946 game ourself or we Join a Public server I.E: Warclouds

We just need to know your Location/Time-zone

as we usually Host/Join a IL2 game around 21:00 GMT

Thank you both!!! I am East Coast USA...and i never could get a handle on GMT..:hmm: Im sure i'll b learning fast! This weekend i want to get familiar with all the controls and such. I did some flying last night. what a great sim!

Just make sure to go thru the controls, there's alot of keys that have no key assigned to them.
