Default Submarine models in vanilla/moded cold waters

Hey guys!

First of all id like to say that i really appreciate all of the work mod makers have done to cold waters, it added so much more depth to the game.

But my OCD has picked up on a couple things and honestly these issues are in the regular vanilla unmoded cold waters as well and it makes me wonder how nobody else has noticed it.

Heres what i have found:

There is a noticeable gap in the model of the LA class boat between the propeller and the hull.

The Narwhal Class has a gap between the hull and the bottom vertical fin, its actually a really big gap and should be easily noticeable.

The Sturgeon Class submarine along with a few others has a propeller that does not spin on axis, its a little off centered. the crookedness is very easy if you are at flank speed and look from a rear aspect.

These are all submarine models that are untouched and in the default game, is this a known issue that cannot be solved by modders? or has it just gone unnoticed.

Thanks again!

Of course there are gaps - there have to be! Those are moving parts. If they would be attached to the sub, no movement would be possible.

I understand that but the parts are literally not even attached to the submarine in some cases, and in terms of the prop you can literally see through it to the water on the other side.

I was aware of some of these. I mentioned the Narwhal rudder gap to the devs, so they should be aware of it.

They have their own set of priorities tough. So even if they know about them, they may have bigger fish to fry.

We can fix some of these for them in our mods, if we care to work on it.
