Unique "exotic" nations in the sea

I discovered the SH3 mission editor, and I tried some random traffic simulation in GWX.

I started to think about, how much chance do I have to encounter some exotic nation on the sea?

I mean, perhaps a finnish or soviet ship around Gibraltar? Any Latin-american countries ship around Britain?
For example, have you ever meet a hungarina ship in the game (Im from Hungary, so im interested).

Well If my geoprahy knowledge tell me What Hungary doesint have access to sea or I am wrong?

I was just curious, anyway Hungary is in the game.

But it's not just Hungary, I was wondering about the other minor nations too.
