Default RA v1.42 problem.

Installation went without a problem, but whenever i start a mission Fatal Error message appears: English text library file failed to load following by Selected interface did not load.

Sounds like a problem with the Controllers.ini file or the platform's interface files.

What platform did you choose for the mission?

Error is for all of the missions. RA 1.41 works well.

Is the AppTextE.dll file missing from the root folder of the game?

no, i have it in root directory. i checked also textE.dll in each and every interface - present- as suggested by RR.

My other question is which application should be run to start the sim:
dangerouswaters.exe
DW_Veterans_Edition.exe
or LaunchDW.exe

I run LaunchDW first and after that when i click on dangerouswaters and that other DW_veteran_Edition now is loading everything as it should. so i guess problem solved.

You must run ONLY the LaunchDW!. I solved the same problem...Cheers.
