Default U-Boat Plastic Models

There used to be a thread on plastic models made by Revel here on SubSim. I've looked but can't find it. I've been thinking of trying to find one to put together. Any recommendation on which company to buy from.

Here's links I've found......

If you have any photos of the ones you've built put em up so everyone can see the work you've done. The ones I've seen were absolutely gorgeous.

I have built both of the Revell 1/72 U boats(Type VIIC and the VIIC\41). I like the large size as I get older, it was easier for me to work with.

I do want to thank you for this thread because I did not know that they have now a Type IXC in 1/72.
Now to order it.

Did you notice that they have a U 190 that appears to have the deck like a IXD and snorkel.

They list it as a C but it sure looks like a D.

Thanks Steve.

I woke up last night and kicked myself for putting it in the wrong section. I was going to PM you and ask you to move it but I didn't get a chance. I had to work all day and only got home a short while ago.

Rconch, I saw that. Prices for some aren't bad but. Even at 94.95 the IXC is good. 1/72 scale is the best.

Here's the link for the 1/72 kits.....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/391304290489?rmvSB=true

U 505 1/72 scale is 41.85"s. Now that make a nice display.
