That last picture looks like a test system for a fighter, possibly one with a canard, and the nosecone looks like a fighter too. So I'm guessing that is some sort of airborne training rig a bit like the one Grumman installed in a TC-4C to train B/Ns for the A-6 Intruder and the DC-3 Lockheed had to train pilots on the G model Starfighter's radar system, both pictured below:

It's a Boeing 757 set up as a test rig for the F22 Raptor's advanced avionics. The wing above the cockpit is full of sensors and the nosecone is actually from the F22.
