I went to keltos file font page and saw a ton of mods. If I want to play from the Japanes side, what do I download? I searched the thread briefly and did not see a link to a mod download.

Thank you very much for the information.

What is the latest downloadable version after 3.7? or is it still 3.7?

Many Thanks

Tom.

I allow myself to check this, once a week, cant wait for the campaign with the subs etc .Just curious, can you guys make it so that map contacts are not so helpful, along the lines of TMO perhaps? or make it an optional mod, if you have the time.Thanks.

Are you talking about the blue "lines" or the "red squares"? The blue lines for contacts will still be there (at least for now) the red squares will not, unless they have been spotted by a scout plane.

"if you have the time"....... This should have been done a LOOOOOOG time ago, it that gives you any indication of how much time I have. Sorry, I take full blame for this as real life has caused unavoidable issues. There are other factors, such as having to learn how to do it since I knew nothing about modding when I started, and a lot of time on experiments that didn't work (and some that did), and at first having to find all the files.

So easy to find them only because you know where to look. And the Campaign you are using to test with has the red squares to show you where they are. The IJN Campaign will not.
But you do have to keep in mind that several of your subs will have scout planes, which the IJN subs DID have. And once the US started invading the islands, it would make sense they could figure out where they were headed next. Common sense.

I was talking about lines and squares.I was hoping for a TMO style map contact, its a nice balance between realism and gameplay.Jusr black dots and lines, doesnt let you know if its friendly or enemy.I can see how the scout planes could complicate that.Would def like black lines on the map or make it as an optional thing.

No need to apologize for not being finished with it, real life obviously is more important.I just ask because this is a mod I really can't wait for.Always thought UBI should done "I-boat" missions in 1.5 instead of U boat, wouldve really added to things. So happy to see we will have a IJN sub mod, the work I've see thus far is impressive.
