Default dial does not match the set speed

This is my first time with SH5, using TWoS. I'm just trying to learn through the historical missions, but one thing I noticed right away while walking around getting familiar with the sub's layout is that the dials where speed is set don't reflect the actual speed except for stop (`) and full speed (5). The others are all showing one setting slower than assigned. The crew calls out the correct speed, but the dial lags by one. Did I botch my install?

It is known, it’s a TDW patch limitation with electric engine only.
All is working as intended except the telegraph dial.
If you disable in TDW patcher the electric engine ratio patches (and all dependencies) the dial is working again. But you loose TDW electric speed ratios...
