Heidesturm 2002

If I understand it correctly, the author used SBP to redo events that unfolded during a real training exercise in Munster, 2002. He underlayed it with realistic real world sounds and comms, even copied some videofootage of attacking fighter-bombers over the SBP landscape.

This 2-parts, 17 minutes long movie is different to the usual action movies SBP is used to produce, it is sober and fact-oriented, and depicts the battle as it probably would unfold in real life (and as a matter of fact has unfold in reality). That way it compares to a TV-documentation covering a combat group's manouvering in realistic battle operation - without any additional, sensational action and stunts, and from a TV reporter's perspective (which is quite stationary).

You either like it, or not. I tend to the first.

Be aware that this film is not made by exclsuive use of SBP, it contains material that is not in the sim (both visuals and sounds).
