AFAIK, the percentage of mission completion doesn't matter in TWoS: it's all date controlled, meaning that when you reach the end date, the mission is over and other missions will appear.

Just be sure NOT to be in the bunker during the end date of the last campaign mission, but in open sea, else you may not transfer correctly to the next campaign chapter. Read the TWoS threat about that, and other tons of advices and HowTos.

What do you mean 'back on track' ? Your objective is to go out of the bunker and sink as many ships as you possibly can. Just do that

And about the 'Missions': If you sink ships in your mission area instead of anywhere, or if you see in your 'Captain's Log' that you have 'completed' your missions, all you get are promotions and points you can distribute among your crew for better performance, or to spend for sub upgrades.
You may be ordered to patrol a specific area for 48-72 hours, in this case do it in one go without reloading the game, else the time counter resets.
As you can see, missions are far less important than your overall success in sinking ships, every important ship you sink will ALSO get you these points.

I hope this helps you,

You can load your old gamesave and if the campaign transfer does not initiate, than perform alternate campaign progression method/workaround...

I'm trapped in Total Germany, I have another campaign, but it's in the Mediterranean and I do not want to play it. How I can work around that?
