Default Anything other than Lock On or Falcon?

So...I've been playing thirdwire sims lately and enjoying them (love them, I should say), but was wondering what other options I have. As far as I can tell, the only modern sims available are Lock On (and other DCS stuff like Black Shark and A-10) and Falcon 4.0. Is this it? Are there any other obscure modern flight sims (combat themed) that maybe I haven't been able to track down?

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated!

***(Disclaimers: Sorry if I missed this thread elsewhere. Also, I have not yet played either Falcon or Lock On...because I've been too lazy to order the Falcon disc on amazon, and can't find any digital download for Lock On besides Ubi, which I am not the biggest fan of.)***
I'll come back to this part later...

There's the kind of unrealistic Jetfighter V: Homeland Protector which I haven't been able to get to run on windows 7.

Theres DCS A-10 and DCS Black Shark....

There's Flanker 2.5 which is like an older version of Lock On....

There's old DOS modern flight sims.... I'm trying to think here...

I don't know any more off the top of my head.

You may want to check the latest version of Falcon BMS, which is a complete and total rework of Falcon 4.0.
