The last paragraph of the review:
It remains to be seen whether Silent Hunter Online will be popular with newcomers to the series. It does feel like a game that is routed in another time, both in terms of its historicity and its gameplay; the fact that it’s running in a browser doesn’t really excuse the fact that it feels like a game made a decade ago.
The reviewer seemed to be a hapless ADD victim and displeased that it actually took time to make an attack! Honestly, I'm not sure any constructive purpose is served by having someone like this (I mean short attention span and clueless) reviewing anything.

"professional" game reviews really cannot be trusted nowadays, anyway. Between all of the megacorporate and executive meddling, the reviews have some sort of bias as well as the review's actual opinion. I would not expect a fair review from a non-subsimmer any more than I can expect the same thing from reviewers like this reviewing flight sims. They do not understand that a sim is not a game in the truest sense. It was never meant to be "sit down and become a war god in 5 minutes or less". I simply dismiss this review and drive on. It would blow the average gamer's mind to even consider that one must use trig to be good in a subsim.

Remember that all reviews consist of a person's opinion. Really, don't take it too seriously, maybe his opinion is simply different than yours.
