Could make a "what if" upgraded Surcouf had she made it to the Pacific. (Which would make no sense since she would probably be upgraded using Oerlikons or Bofors maybe)

Any plans on continuing this project btw?

It's actually keltos01's mod, and he's been rather busy with real life. Somethin' 'bout a job he's got... but it is easy enough to add the guns. You don't happen to know where they went though, do you?...

Last I saw them was heading bearing 093 at 17 knots.

This is one of my favorite subs, and it looks great ingame, but is there a way to make it work with overhaul mods like real fleet boat?

The difficult part of making it work in one of the major mods is in the CareerStart & Flotilla UPC files, as well as entries for it in the PatrolObjectives.cfg file. It sits in the American side of things, so that tends to complicate things quite a bit... What is your "vision" of having it in the Campaign? She was enroute to Australia, traveling through the Caribbean Sea, enroute to the Panama Canal when lost...

If she had made it to Australia, Working the Brisbane campaign would be great. I have TMO.... adding new boats or ships is hard.

well as of right now i can get it to work at all with Real Fleet boat,if i go to the external view, parts are missing, and in port, the aa is gone entirely

Default Surcouf has 40mm bofors?

is there any way to get the 40mm bofors guns or at least 2 single 20mm AA guns on here? im getting tired of the 37mm M1925 guns, its like a german 3.7cm flak 30 but ****ty(er)

Hello everyone

I thank Keltos for his remarkable work. it is a very beautiful Mod!

and in the continuity of the above
I think that if the Surcouf would have continued his career after 1943, he would have benefited from a radical overhaul, like most of the French ships passed by US arsenals:

- Radar evolved so unnecessary seaplane.
- radar guided main guns
- the hangar would serve as a platform for reinforced AA (Double or Quadruple Bofors).
So nothing prevents to add

It would have a more effective corsair ... but still not a real submarine !
But it's its conception.

i see the files and see how someone got bofors on them, i want to know how to add different AA guns to them? i just want single 20's hell .50 HMG's would do the trick, the 37mm gun is probably worse or on par to the 37mm L/40 that the germans have on the Uboat

can someone tell me how to get diff AA guns? i get its an old post for a OLD GAME, but i want diff AA guns thats all
