Default Sh3 Mod showcase Videos.

Hello everyone!
I have been making Silent Hunter 3 "let's plays" on my you-tube channel for quite some time now. A lot of the questions I get on my videos are about mods and where to get them ect. So I thought it would be an interesting idea to "showcase" these wonderful mods.
So here is the link if anyone is interested.
Feed back on this would be great! (I have mixed feelings with how this turned out)
Also a big thank you to all of the modders!

Very nice start. Something like this is always welcome.

I do have a couple of comments, neither of them serious, and neither of them about the mods themselves.

1. SH3 was released in 2005, so it will be 12 years old this March, not 17.

2. "Jagsgemee"? I've always just pronounced it by the initials: Jay-Ess-Gee-Em-Eee. I'm not knocking your pronunciation. In fact it's kind of cool. I've just not only never heard it before, I never even thought of it.

Thanks Sailor Steve!
I have no idea why I said the game is 17 years old... I probably wasn't thinking.
As for the JSGME pronunciation... I suppose that is the way I have always said it haha. Never really thought about it if i'm being honest.
Thanks for your feedback!!

I think it's a good idea ! Could you make a small video to show off my new rockets mod when it is finished ? I will give you a proper single mission and a special camera mod to film the action !

Hi Wp
Just subscribed to your Channel and look forward to the next episode.
Like SS mention's getting your facts right when mention dates just needs a bit of research.

@Wolfpack345

Nice idea mate, movie is good too, looking forward to more. One question, why do you not use anti aliasing? I see you are using Ahnenerbe's widescreen GUI.

Best regards.

Hey Fubar!
I actual didn't realize my AA was turned off. I was messing with my Nvidia settings and I guess that turned it off. Even when it is turned on it dose not seem to make much of a difference in game.
Is there specific settings I should be using for AA?

I use 4x AA setting + 4x AA Transparency. If you go too high the sun won't shine..

hey, np!

here's my complete list:

Not claiming, though, that it is the best possible setup for sh3 but surely makes a noticeably difference in-game!

Hi
AFAIK this is the complete Mod List.

M.E.P. V5 new version V6 now available.
Unfortunately for some reason Wolfpack345 never completed his YouTube adventures with these mods.
I found his series very informative and good explanations.
