Welcome to Subsim, but you need to be more explicit if you want anybody helping you...Your mod in the title is not the right name, and how do you fire your weapons, can you elaborate? AFAIK it's in the game manual.

[EDIT]
There is one occasion where you CAN'T fire weapons: If you see a red line for your weapon's waypoint, it means your set target is too close for the missile (TASM, or VLS) to be fired, so it will NOT launch. The minimum distance for them is about 10 kyds.
