FAO Stryker412 Re texture GC issues
Here you go, these were the Grand Canyon shots, as I said, once or twice, if I paused FSX and rotated the external view it would wake up and load the high res ones, but this is what I was typically getting. I guess this means there is still an issue with some blurry textures in FSX, because these were taken on three different antialiasing settings
Mind you, I don't suppose it was helping going through there at 600-plus knots. BTW, disregard the frame rates these shots are showing, as the FRAPS frame rates were typically showing about 25, (so pretty much as per the locked target), I guess that's another thing the FSX patch didn't fix either, it's still displaying way off the true FPS, as I certainly wouldn't have been able to keep from ploughing into a cliff wall at 600 knots if those frame rates were anything like the real ones I was getting: Chock
