Il2 question
Ok ok I know i hardly ask questions but here it is.
I have been away from IL2 46 and im back to find after a few months of playing the AI seems to cant get any harder. Its pretty easyto find their reactions are dumb. All i have to do is just get a tail shot and they dont like to fight. Is there anyway to tweak to make them smarter.

This is the issue most people have with IL-2, and the short answer is no. IL-2 is famously 'not moddable' in respect of these matters, other than for repaints, which is why it is so popular for online flying and less popular for offline stuff.
I would regard it as an offline training ground for learning the aircraft, then get online and fly, that is where IL-2 really shines; very little lag even running your own server and flying with multiple other players on there too. It is certainly one of the best online flight sims there is. Offline, you are right, when you have a few hours under your belt, the AI is not in the least bit challenging, your only problem is running out of ammo and landing! Chock

I don't find that problem.
I get on their tail, shoot at them and they still try to get away. |
