Imdb scores are not the word of God.
If you check Imdb top 250, you'll notice something is a little off.

Also, most movies start with very high ratings (bots!) and go down with time. This can be observed with nearly every movie there. The only exception I witnessed Wad the crappy Ghostbusters remake - that ones rating was more accurate day one than it is now...

Saw Manchester by the sea and Logan. Both good movies. The first, a good hard drama and Casey Affleck does a good performance,possibly the oscar is well deserve.
Logan,great movie of the gender and a good film in all, so even if one does not go with the super-hero/marvel/dc comic books adaptation, can still enjoy it.

White Tiger good all around movie. As someone else already mentioned the last 7 minutes 30 seconds of the movie is the scariest yet best part.

Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Been out for a little bit, but if you haven't seen it, Do so. Just a great little film.

Solid 8/10 in my book.
