Hey there! this cruiser is most likely legit the same as a Baltimore class cruiser. I think the playable baltimore cruiser in the download section is the closest you'll get to a playable "Des Moines-class cruiser"

Give me a few days, i'm gonna release a playable Baltimore class cruiser with it's correct guns it had in real life. It won't be career playable but it will be for patrol and missions. Thinking about making some missions for it.

I think Karle94 had one of these planned at one time before he disappeared. But I haven't seen him out here in a long time. I have just about every mod he did and really miss his work. But like so many he has probably moved on. Anyway if he didn't respond to your request, I don't know of anyone else who might be willing to do it. I'd really like to see one available as well. Plus an Oregon City and Huntington too.
