Is your interior Sound Mod compatible with Capthelms Audio Mod as well as M1's?

Also, how do I get your radio Mod to be compatible with the Grossdeutscher Rundfunk.. I really enjoy that Mod.. I'm just wondering because when I have yours installed, I have no frequencies other then 88.00 MgHz. I just want to know so that I may install more than one Radio Mod at a time

For radio mods to be merged you have to add all of the frequency info from each mod to the radio config file, which should probly be put in the last radio mod you enable (although it'd really be simpler to put them all in the same file). They also have to be put in numerical order of frequency with the lowest number at the top.

Can't remember the exact name/location of the file but there are threads about radio mods here, just do a search for 'em.

Elite German Black & Copper Torpedo

Elite German Black & Copper Torpedo

  • This mod introduces my black & copper torpedo skin that was originally uploaded and introduced by me to the Silent Hunter III gamers in 2006.
  • I have now manipulated the torpedo skins so as to be compatible with Silent Hunter V.
  • The black & copper torpedo skin replaces all torpedo variants that you will see whilst in the external mode.
  • The six DDS files contained within, that have been modded by me are as follows;
  • g7a-sb.dds
  • g7a.dds
  • g7e-yb.dds
  • g7e-yg.dds
  • g7e-yr.dds
  • g7e.dds
  • This mod does not change the skins of the internal torpedoes in the forward torpedo compartment.
  • This mod is JSGME compatible.
  • This mod is zipped with WinRAR.
  • This mod was created by Venatore.

Thank you for downloading this mod

Kind Regards

Venatore.

Just one suggestion, can you regroup all your mod in your first post ? It s just for a better visibility of your work...

Charognard,

I'm always up for improvement, however; I really suggest you look at my very first post within this thread and you will see I've gone to extremes to do exactly what you have suggested

There is in font six the number of mods and below that there is the index which incorporates the mod names and it even has the post number

I can't do any better than that matey (well I can now that Carotio posted ) by the way, I was the first to have all mods contained within one thread instead of the usual multi threads, this has/is always been my main effort .... to deliver a professional laid out mod thread with a mod index at the beginning to negate exactly what you have inquired about

Remembering also my Silent Hunter III Mod Thread contained 88 mods in total .....imagine how BIG that first post would look

Kind regards

Venatore

The green text could contain a link to that particular post, so that visitors can be guided easily to the desired mod. No need to try and assemble all mods in post 1. Too much info and images to schroll through.

So like this, and it's just a suggestion:
Elite German Black & Copper Torpedo > Post 49.
The post 49 should now be clickable.

Hi Josef von Posorschitz,

Matey anything is possible, however; I've looked at the picture in detail and it looks rather difficult, however; not impossible.

I'll give it a crack

@Venatore

You have done wonderful internal sounds, are you gonna work on external sounds? The bow wave is too quiet, as are wind and waves.
