Default [688i] 688i manual problem

In 688i retail version, first version manual published in 1997
Page 236 Appendix A
F/S.............................AA
F/S.............................PA
F/S.............................Bldg
What does F/S, AA, PA and Bldg mean ?
I know they are military abbreviations, but I don't understand their original words.
I guess that "Bldg" represents building, under construction.

I have been out of the Navy for quite awhile but if I remember correctly F/S stands for fleet support or fleet service, AA is Atlantic acquisition, PA is pacific acquisition and Bldg is building or not yet released by shipyard - maybe
