Other than Trigger Maru Overhauled, Real Fleet Boat, Game Fixes Only, Fall or the Rising Sun and Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate Edition, Op Monsun, We Dive at Dawn and Run Silent Run Deep there are none.

Thank you for your replies.
Could you please tell me which mod changes the game into "more reallistic" ?

I recommend that you investigate Multi-SH4, keep a clean install, and experiment with many mods on a copy.

Everyone has their own feelings about what is realistic.

Some like Real Fleet Boat - RFB for a realistic submarine and also use RSRD - Run Silent Run Deep because it is suppose to be a realistic campaign.

Many like Trigger Maru - TMO 2.5 which has a pretty realistic submarine and a campaign with shipping in realistic areas. Some also use the RSRD campaign with TMO 2.5

Experiment.

Regardless of how you wish to play the game, "realistic" is not on the menu. SH4 is not realistic except in an impressionistic sort of way, only able to be evaluated subjectively.

Silent Hunter 4 is to reality as

is to
