Torpedoes going through ship

Hey guys,

I went to torpedo attack in submarine school to try out some mods I've installed. The solution is perfect and the torpedoes are in line for a direct hit on the ship but once they get there they go right through the ship and keep on going! I've tried firing them at different depths even running them shallow, same thing happens. I've re-tried it multiple times but they keep on going through! I've even tried both pistols, contact and influence, as well as slow and fast. Are these duds or is there a glitch? I'd appreciate it if y'all know what is going on.

My mod list is:
TMO 2.5
RSRDC with its patch
Optical targeting correction for RSRD plus Realistic scopes
TDT dials to PK fix-TMO
Improved stock environment v3 for TMO
TMO smoke mod
Natural sinking mechanics 4-classic

Improved stock environment may be an issue. I think it's for an older version of TMO.
I had some trouble with Natural sinking mechanics. That may be a culprit.
