The word terrorism is being improperly and over used these days. Flying drones near an airport is not causing fear to achieve a political objective, it is being an a$$, causing mischief, negligence and a whole host of existing criminal offenses.

Calling everything people do that is antisocial or disruptive terrorism is short sighted and inappropriate.

Catch these folks, convict them, sentence them to rot in the Tower and before taking them there let them spend 48 hours in a stock in Trafalgar Square with lots of rocks, rotten fruit/veggies on hand.

Looks like they may have the bugga responsible for the incident at Heathrow on Christmas Eve.

A man has been charged with flying a drone near Heathrow Airport on Christmas Eve.

George Rusu, 38, allegedly used a drone on a field near one of the two runways at Britain's busiest airport on 24 December.

The alleged incident happened just three days after Gatwick fully reopened following three days of flight cancellations and delays, affecting about 140,000 passengers, caused by drone sightings.
Rusu, of Blunts Avenue, Hillingdon, will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

He is charged with flying a "small unmanned aircraft without permission of air traffic control", according to court documents.

Why do they release the full name + address of someone who isn't convicted yet? Seriously even if he's found innocent he's had his name plastered over the news and that will stick.
