[REL] SH3 style background video

Hi all,

I want to share a small background video I made today. I tried to use video fx that resemble the old SH3 background video. For maximum level of nostalgia (over 9000) use with SH3's menu soundtrack.

Resolution of the video: 720 x 480

Install with JSGME.
