First of all, congratulation for sinking the battleship...i never managed to bag a warship bigger than a heavy cruiser with the Schnellboot.
 Second: Asanovic explains the methods of making personal emblems in the "Emblems" section of his latest download. If you follows well the instructions, the emblems will show also in the stern of the boat  then, about sh3 cmdr files, i would set Standard 1x option...report if that works. Good hunting  !LK
