tracking convoys
So I am back with just the Grey wolves installed. I do have the tail on contact reports installed also.i get a contact report take my ruler and draw his course. I get up in front of the convoy and wait but I hardly ever see them why is that do these convoys change course

Tracking
You can get their course by plotting their bearings over time. Keep your heading constant and plot their position every, say 3 minutes. Draw your line through the plotting marks you made on the map. That should give you the general course.
There is a mod for hydrophone tracking (actually a separate application) that you enter the bearings into for 4 detections. It then gives you their course. Another app is called Solution Solver, which is similar. Patience is the key. You can do it yourself as in the first paragraph. Once you have their course, you can race ahead and wait for them. |
