Hello pickler,

did you try the ATM-Mods?

Hello fastfed,

maybe have a look at this PDF: http://www.lsh3.com/dl/v5/LSH3_V5.1_...ivation_EN.pdf

@Blueduck;

Do you think you could have a look into my last post in the h.sie's sh3 hardcore fixes thread and tell me if it would be possible to apply in the new LSH3 version as a whole mod? (not containing V16 add-on itself).
I tried to contact him about that but haven't got any answer from him.
Thanks mate.

Hello Sittingwolf,

you are talking about this one:

Would it be possible to apply a fix for all types of u-boats regarding their test and max depth they can go down to?
From what I noticed none of the present super mods renders that parameters CORECTLY!.

For example and in reality, U-boats type IX could go down to 230m as a test depth and their crash depth was around 250m.

For U-boats type XXI it was between 260 to incredible 300m at the time.

Best,
Sittingwilf
I just did a quick test with a IXB and passing 257m the first message appeared: "We are damaged" - Back to 250m and I was save.
Type XXI down to 260m then rudders used to get deeper. Passing 332m "We are damaged" - back to 310m (97%) was save again.

We did a rework for the chrash depths for LSH3V5 and they should be rather correct.

Because this is nothing he can fix with his patches. These are parameters given by the subs themselves.

If you can't reach this depth maybe you are using SH3-Commander?

BTW:
h.sie-exe V16B1 will be available with LSH3V6 with some useful options I guess every Kaleun would agree with: 4GB-Patch (absolutely necessary), Fog Warning, Move 1WO to bridge, Radar Bugfix, Bad Weather Fix.
Of course V6 will be prepared for Wolfpack Mod and other things like that.

In fact I am using SH3 Commander and it's configured incorrectly then, cause I can't reach the correct depths for subs, where they should still take them easy. That's why something's wrong here...
I remember you gave somewhere a correct SH3 configuration description but I can't remember where it was now...

Hello Sittingwolf,

in SH3 Commander - GameplaySettings - "Set wave height" and "Randomise U-boat crush depth" should be unchecked.

Hey guys,

Of course, I forgot to ask;
Are you going to or would that be possible to make integrated orders mod for the new LSH3 6.0 like it was someday in GWX?

Hello Sittingwolf,

If you think of the station-icons in the lower left corner they will be SH3-Stock. The orders-icons (and suborders-icons) will be smaller due to a complete redesing of the GUI.

There will also be a GUI-version available for LSH3V5.1 (4:3) shortly after the release of LSH3V6.
LSH3V6 will have a 4:3-GUI and an additional WS-GUI.

Regards
Blueduck

PS: Sorry, but screenshots are TOP SECRET!

Roger that mate but you missed the point a little bit I think. It's not about icons, it's about orders.
In GWX it was like you could for instance fully lower and raise scopes by telling your WE to do so or open/close torpedo covers the same way .
Although both "automatic" and "manual" ways are crucial. Personally I love to do it manually like it is now.

Best,

Sittingwolf

PS: just can't wait no longer for your amazing artwork

Hello Sittingwolf,

well in this case I think for example that raising the periscope to the full heigth would be too dangerous in some circumstances and since you write yourself, that you are using the manual functions, the "integrated orders" will surely not be within LSH3V6!

Default Sound system of LSHIII

Hello, Blueduck!
LSHIIIv5.1 is an excellent mod! Thank you very much!
I play at 100% realism.

The situation:
The beginning of the campaign. The noise of the sea on the tower. Clock ticking on the navigator table. Gurgling of water in the hydrophone. All right!
The game is temporarily stopped (pause) - I need to withdraw...

I continue to play ... The noise of the sea on the bridge. The noise of the sea at a navigator table. The noise of the sea surface in hydrophone. The noise of the sea (rain or wind) at a depth of 50 meters.!!!
This situation persists until the return to port (or exit) ...

Are You can help whith this trouble?

Best regards, Lance.

Hello Lance,

as far as I remember it is a SH3-Bug!
Maybe it depends on where you pause the game?

Try save, exit and reload!

Thank You for the answer, Blueduck!
Maybe there is a way to reinitialize the sound during game?
Apparently this is a task for the captain h.see...

Best regards, Lance71
