500 x 100 is larger than allowed.

How'd you do that? Do you use a graphics program like Banner Maker pro or something? What do you use to manipulate/edit pictures?

There are dozens of programmes out there. I am currently using Saint Paint

Simply right click on the sig and choose the option 'Save Picture As...'

They go in your main SH3 directory, you will see them as .bmps'.
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterThree\In Here. again, as .bmps'
or C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\GWXv103
Depends what you named the Main Folder.

If your going to post them here on SS, don't forget to convert them to the much lower sized format 'jpeg'. They will load quicker that way.

Why don't people use Flickr?

Flickr has always been faster, ad free, no bandwidth limit, and you can even make
catalogue, tagging, slideshow, etc, much much more.

I don't understand why people use photobucket etc which seems so limited.

I suppose it's purely a matter of personal choice :hmm:

Actually I suppose maybe people don't even know it or used it (despite the site is really famous and it's one of the web2.0 stuff). Perhaps different kind of life style (hobby) gives different kind of sources for information. Flickr's been graced by mostly photograph lovers. But it's not only for photos. It's sad because most advantages (organizing capability and horizontal networking among similar interests) gained by Flickr are for who views pictures.

Only one thing I'm less objective against photobucket etc in these days is finally I almost never see "bandwidth exceeded" banner. But they put big ad banners, slow, no album like view options, picture size seems to be limited...

Anyway if someone who reads this and just in case you haven't tried Flickr yet:
