What other mods do you have activated? The GWX 16 KM mod and the SH5 Water mod won't work together.

Which version of the SH5 Water mod did you activate? There is one version that leaves the 8 KM spotting range.

GWX 3.0
h.sie Hardcore Fixes
Ahnenerbe WideGui 1920 x 1080 Final
FixAllSubGWX
TKSS German U-Boats Compilation
New U-Boat Guns Fixed Reworked (for German U-Boats Compilation)
German U-Boats Compilation 2 (only VIIB & VIIC models by WISE)
Merchant_Fleet_Mod_3.2
SH-5 Water for GWX 3.0 V0.9 20Km Atlantic campaign (default)
Skin U-69 by WISE

I also use SH3 Commander.
