Is LW/Ami 3.x for DW 1.02 really going to be all that different from the 2.x series that the maps from 2.x won't be playable anymore?

I'm not sure what you mean... yes, LWAMI 2.03 is designed for DW1.01.

When 1.02x comes out, then we will try to get LWAMI 3.0 out as soon as we can.

That's why I only have achieved to make one campaign... and had to make it very short because I run out of ideas...
I LOVE ideas!

An open offer to any mission designer: anyone who wants to confer with some to kick around missions ideas, just send me a PM!

I can help with topic, concept, theme, and the basic structural mechanics!

I think there´s 2 kind of missions: Those simple (like mine) and those great, memorable ones, but there´s a HUGE gab between them, and there´s nothing to show you the path....
Maybe a tutorial, guide, hints...?
thanks stormrider, but I'm afflicted by your comments =>
One of my goal, either than to have some replayable MP mission, is also to motivate people to create new missions. That's why all my missions are always open.
But if you say seeing this stop your motivation ... well maybe I will lock the next ones
You know, making mission is not difficult, but quite long ...
Technically, the most problem is not to create triggers or scripts, they are really easy to manage in DW.
The most difficult and long thing is to be sure what you did really works.

If you want to create mission, maybe you could read this, a simple method to separate the different steps =>

http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=43438

If you follow these step, I think things could become really easier to make some complex missions.
Hope this help
