That looks like IL-2 1946. Definitely modded but also shopped heavily.

Yep, IL2 1946 + Ultrapack 3.0RC4+DarkBlue World 1.71
Some "eye candy" and effects mods...and here we go..ready to fly&fight
Then, I use a little bit of Photoshop....

Arc's DCS Flight Night thread is littered with pics of burning Ka-50s, mostly mine I do believe.

Obviously interspursed with burning A-10Cs, again, mostly mine.

I don't know about how to fly, but Dowly has a great video of landing/parking in the hangar.
