That's WWII right ? or something betwin WWI and WWII ? That's a german sub ain't it ?

Hmm.. there's not much I can tell for fear of accidentally revealing the sub's origin and type, but I can confirm that this boat sailed during WW2.

Now was that so hard?

Yes, it's Type IA, and I believe this particular boat to be U-26.

Deamon, you answered first, but I shall have to give the win to 2019, becuse you made a big mistake:

You named both the I A and the Gür, but the latter is not is not Type I, but the singular E1 who, although being built in Spain, never saw action with this country's navy and was instead sold to the Turks while stil in the yard.

And, as you can see from this picture, it looked quite different from all the other designs made by Ivs ("Ingenieurskantoor voor Scheepsbouw", the "Dutch" firm that was used as cover for German submarine development after WW1):
