about TonnageWar...

hello again. several questions!
-i got (as i said before) GreyWolves installed. awesome AWESOME mod! ube-frikin'-livable! but ummmm it said in FAQ that shots of the deckgun to the waterline will do nothing. is this true? where should i shoot then? and when stop shooting?
-so i got tonnagewar d/l'd. now i can install it after i got greywolves, right? anything else to install? if yes, how?
-i can install SH3 commander just now right? after greywolves? which is sooooo awesome, btw.

i think i'll change deckgun reload times to the default 8 sec. cuz 12 sec is a bit much.

P.S. how do i change my avatar? where?
