Default Where put MODS folder

I just receive my copy of SH5 and starting to get everything working. Also, this is the first time that I am going to use JSGME so I'm a little fuzzy...

My question is where do I put the MODS folder to store all the mods that I have. I think is should go right in the root of SH5, correct? Then install JSGME in the root also and point it toward the MODs folder.

double click on the mod enabler once you place it in the sh5 root folder and it will auto make a folder called MODS .
use 7Zip to extract the mods once you download them to that folder that sh5 created called MODS.
