LSH3 comes already with lots of extra mods, that can be applied via the JSGME profile that come with the Mod.
With that you can mix and match your very own mod soup. The manual is also quite detailed about possible conflicts!

If you have installed LSH3 you'll find the profiles in a folder withing JSGME.
Starting the Mod-enabler you select options - and load mod profile. Just pick the ones you want. The manual explains what the profiles add. There are many profiles to choose from. They differ in setup and what they add. Pick the one that suits you game-play!
