That's why we have the deterrent, not because of the Russians, Chinese or Iran, it's for the next time the Scots come streaming over the border in their thousands with broadswords at the ready.

Of course, building our missile submarine depot in Scotland does kind of ruin this plan, but then again when was the last time we did something that made sense?
