I cant seem to find a mod to make night time brighter like in sh5 am I missing it and will it work with TMO mod ?

The troublew with tweaking the night sky, or other enviornmentals, is that it can, or will effect the sensors of your crew, and that of the IJN and merchant ships too.
Tweak if you wish, but it may have a bad end result, so keep a record of what you change, so if it goes south on ya', you can correct it easy enough. Also, look at the FAQ in the back of the TMO manual. Ducimus does give caution on the use of enviornmental mods, which changing the night brightness, is an enviornmental tweak, and as he says, enviornmentals, and sensors is a fine balancing line to get just right.

when starting the game go to game options and in the video grafics section adjust the "Gamma" to brighten up your night vision
