MSVBVM50.dll Error in SH II

Hi Folks
Have a problem with SH II. I tried to install the Hi-Res Enhancement Pack, but I am getting a MSVBVM50.dll error on startup trying to launch the mod. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. I did a search online for the dill, found it and then installed it but the error is still there. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get it working? I would love to see SH II looking a lot better

EDIT, well this is weird!

SH II is running and is able to do so in 1024 mode but the mouse pointer is very imprecise. Trying to target anything in the scope is near impossible as it dances all over the place. Has anyone ever had this problem?
