I am very sorry but this mod will be discontinued. However, I would like to work with Manos: MEP 4.0 then combine my underwater realism with his. I have to get hold of him and I don't even know if he's still working on M.E.P 4.0 because I can't find the thred when I saw it a couple of weeks ago.

dude just pm makman, cuz hes very busy. i was doing the same thing you were at one time. got some advice from him and everything. if i still had the files and the colors and textures id give them to you. i had seperate files for the medaterain and the atlantic north and south and i was going to make it to where during the seasons it would change but i got as far as the colors of the skies and then real life bit me in the butt and i had to get rid of my computer. good luck though man, makman probably will include it but thats not for me to decide. just contact him.
