Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.4 GHz 3.4 GHz
RAM 3455 MB
Vista 64 bit
Graphic card Nvidia Geforce 8400GS
I have only the "Black sea campaign only"-Mod activated

CTD with or without the hardcorefixes by h.sie.
I am playing with the commander.

Is your SH3 install inside the Program Files folder or elsewhere ?

Go to Control Panel/Problem Reports and Solutions

On the left under Tasks click "View problem history"

Right click the top SilentHunterIII entry and click "View problem details"

You will see information as posted below

Any place to download GWX3.0 Gold from, other than gamefront? I lost my original downloaded files and I can't get on Gamefront to redownload them. This Gamefront deal is getting to be a royal PITA.

Well I' ve been looking everywhere for answers (maybe not all to good) but I didn' t find any... I am playing GWX 3 Gold with the 16 km atmosphere option. And I always have this feeling that the sun is very, very small compared to the 8 km atmosphere. Is this a bug, intentional, whatever? Is there a solution to this?

Hi. It isn't a bug. The diameter of the sun graphic with the 16km atmosphere provided in GWX is more accurate.

If I recall correctly, the sun graphic size in the default 8km environment remains unchanged from stock SH3.

Look at the sun.
If your eyes didn't melt,then I'm sure you would get it.

hey K.Lehmann, i just donated some money to the GWX team on subsim to download the GWX# gold files and when i push download it takes me to a on-line gaming site.Am i missing something here and could you give me a working link to do so.GAmefront is no good, at least from my attempts to download. That's why i donated to you guys, not only for your great work , but to get the GWX# gold. BTW, i have donated before.Thanks

Try here:

You will need all 7 GWX3 bin files plus the GWX3 exe file. Download them all to the same location on your machine (desktop, same folder, whatever, as long as all the files are saved to the same place).

Make sure you have a clean, unmodded installation of SH3 or GWX will not install over it. Double click the exe file and if you did not install SH3 in the default location you may need to point the GWX installer to it. After that the installer should do the rest.
