Default Units stop moving

Well, I have experienced a problem where all units stop moving, even though time is going by. Any workarounds for this?

Fingers crossed for a fix soon, not had the problem myself but can see how it would be frustrating!

EDIT: Ah, they are working on it: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...1#post13700338
