Czech subtitles

Hi subsimers,
I've just bought a copy of the game in czech republic. Unfortunately, my worst worries turned to be reality as a game doesn't give me an option to use english subtitles (it's localized to czech language, only czech subtitles and in-game texts, czech keyboard help after F1 pres, ...). I'm aware of the fact that all localized stuff lies in LngGameData folder, but I have only czech stuff there. Does any body of you folks know about any option/trick to get native english LngGameData content or turn the localization off in any other way? It's a game killer for me...not be able to work with english UI i'm used to...
