help me understand why I can not see server in network mode, or clear a maximum of one server. I need to put some patch? Hello from Russia!

Between player availability and mod soup issues, it is really hard to find players by just browsing servers. Most players arrange for their multiplayer games on either this forum on another of his or her choosing and then go through the trouble to make sure nothing goes wrong either from mods or connection issues.
