Zhukov leads rescue of isolated pocket on the Ural front  A weak point in the german envelopment maneuver was attacked by the Russians and thereby managed to restore supply and fighting capability to the isolated units. The german armored thrust into the Ural area is still dangerous, but there is a risk of the tables being turned and the germans finding themselves cut off
