Default Fuel

Hi all, I started out of Peral and was sent to Japan.
I get there and see that i have very little fuel left.
I start my patrol and sink two ships and start back to Peral
and run out of fuel. What do I do now?

Not much you can do at this point. When you are cruising to and from your patrol zone never travel faster than 10 knots. You'll have plenty of fuel for the trip if you do that. I'm afraid it's too late for this career though.

Also, WELCOME ABOARD!

Welcome aboard mate

When your base is Pearl stop at Midway and top off your tanks as well and what Sailor Steve said 10 Knots max.

You do know that while you're travelling at 2/3 surfaced your engines are running at flank speed recharging the batteries? You're actually using more fuel doing that.
