What to do when you lose all the fuel and being stranded in the middle of nowhere..

Attention!!

Hey skippers,

It happened to me once before since I was new to the game and forgot to turn off limited blah blah blah back at base...

I know that its pretty pickle and the worst nightmare but if you have no diesel left and only a fully charged engine and the base is far away from the minimum speed on electric engine.. What to do??

This thread is for both Simulation and Real life skipper feedback..

You'd need to radio for a tow, and hope the allies didnt find you before help arrived.

in game.... not sure.... SH3 you pressed [Esc] and selected end patrol. This resulted in you losing renown.

Destroy any valuable intel first, incase the enemies find you first..

In SH4 this happened to me i think. But i managed to get home, i think the batteries recharged when i was idle at the surface, i forgot to ask the engineer how he did it. Maybe he tweaked the engine to run on rot gut..

Is the most embarrassing moment for any u-boat captain. One thing for sure. If this happens under ur command, you should retire. Even so, you can't be sure that Donitz will not have you shot back home

I seem to remember you said you play at 0% realism(?), so no matter, no loss. Just do a gameboy reload.

Are there no REALLY big paddles onboard? Maybe the chef has a whisk in the kitchen you can use

next run around yelling "OMG WHAT TO DO."

then sitdown while the crew looks at you like a nut, and say.
" well, grab a oar."

Yeah good point...whatever happened to the "Ressupply" option with the radioman? I upgraded all his abilities etc, and I ask him to "request ressupply" and he says "Captain, they've denied our ressupply" every frigging time!! useless pr**k

with all those diesel fumes crew inhale....have them take a pi** in the tank......either they are full of diesel from fumes or the crew are alchoholics....both things will work....
