Default [REQ] Option to start outside the harbour

I really miss the old function of being able to choose where to start the new patrol: Inside or outside the harbour.
(If there is such a function in SH5 I've missed it.)

I definetely want that option reintroduced. Navigating the harbour and avoiding the suicidal friendly escort ships and freighters is annoying.

While on the subject: Earlier today I was exiting the harbour and I witnessed two friendly german submarines heading out to sea...They both steered right into a solid landmass, but instead of being beached they started to bounce and spin up in the air. Everytime they hit the ground they went up in the air again. Wierd.

I would be nice to have. Also it would be nice if you choose "Outside Harbour" from Kiel you end up on the West side of the Kiel Canal, just like in OpMonsun.
