Default Silent Humter 3 values change

I was trying myself editing the CFG files in data folders but could not work...
What I am interested is:
1. How to make your sub [any model] doing underwater at max 19kts???
2. Increase torpedo damage [1 torp for destroyer, King George]
3. Increase crush depth at say... 350meters.

Any hints if this is possible...

Mmmm, no?
I am trying specifically IX and VII types to modify, i belive it's the cfg files, and i changed the values, but now look at this:
When i order ahead flank, it switches to 1/3 with speed of 8 knots and when i order say 15, it wont go [submerged type IX]...
I want to change this restriction... Also changed rpm's for all of them and at ahead slow i get 6 knots, and with 1/3 8. Could not go more than that. Wierd

You may look in www.uboat.net for some tehnical information about every type of U-boat in WWII. Some of this is for example type VIIC which had speed 17.7 surfaced and 7.6 submerged, IXB 18.2 surfaced, 7.3 submerged, XXI 15.6 surfaced, 17.2 submerged...
That for you looking to mod is not historicaly correct. You can't have a nuclear submarine in WWII.

I think this can be changed through Tweek Filez....BUT be carefull about speeding up beyond 20+knots..I have tried 30 knots and nearly killed myself as the sub suffers from
underwater damage from excessive speed.Goto what speed your type of sub can handle, but be careful or your cruse will be a sad and quick one...:rotfl:

If GakunGak or any1 else for that matter, want to make say their Type IIA into a Low Flying Mk 10 Upabovesea Boat Torpedo Bomber, in THEIR GAME, then thats their right!!!

Did that 1's, was funny as hell, droping Torps onto Ships from 1000m - mind you tho, the flak was a killer.

Yes, you have right, but I only said that is not historicaly correct, and I was tried to remaind that this is a game about WWII naval battles and it is not "Far Cry", but our tastes are different like I may see. For example I use NYGM v.2.01, 100% realism, manual targeting and I really love this game.
