You have what I would consider are the basic "must have" mods. You could even substitute TMO for RFB and still meet that requirement.
Anything beyond that is entirely up to you and how you like the game. Personally, I like also add the following mods Easier AI for TMO 2.5 Improved Stock Environment_v3_TMO&RFB Poul-Sound for SH4 (***i've added, removed and altered many sounds in this to my own liking, I just keep the same name because it was originally Poul's sound mod) EAXsoundsim

NavMapMakeover is nice
NewLargeLifeboat mod combined with Webster's Real Lifeboat mod (that stops lifeboats from zipping around like they have Evinrude outboards on them. Any of the skins for the boats that are available. With what you have there as your base mod setup, I would try to keep most of the additions to graphic add ons for what your tastes are. Same for sound like Dignan says. For Fleetboats click on the link in my sig, and you can also go here as there is a big collection of them: http://battleflags.us/submarines/

You're ideal. My belief with supermods is that you stay as true to the vision of the creator as possible. Try to use mods that were developed with actual cooperation of the modders involved. You have a great combination and I wouldn't add much.
If you have the horses in that machine of yours, I love Capn Scurvy's 3000-yard bearing plotter for your native screen resolution. It's huge. It makes your plotting so much easier that if you can run it you'll never want to live without it again. Other than that, boat skins and missions is all I'd mess with. Your list is an example for lots of other people to follow in my opinion!
